What does it cost?

A full council deliberation is $9, or $29 for a pack of four. No subscription, and credits do not expire. Every council invocation costs one credit: the opening question, a follow-up, or a challenge. A challenge's clarification round is bundled into its credit rather than charged separately, and a run that fails or halts refunds its credit automatically. What kind of question works best?

Judgement calls with real consequences and no obvious right answer. Should we raise now or wait. Should we let this person go. Should we take the acquisition offer or the term sheet. The council earns its cost when stakeholders genuinely conflict and the honest answer depends on which risk you are willing to carry. It is wasted on anything with a lookup answer, where one model is faster and cheaper. There is a fuller guide on how it works.

How long does a deliberation take?

Six to nine minutes. That is not a loading bug. Five seats research the question, write their positions, read each other, attack the weak arguments and revise, then a Chairman writes the synthesis and a separate auditor checks it. You can close the tab and come back: the deliberation keeps running and the record is waiting for you.

Where do the answers come from?

Each seat runs on a different frontier AI model, chosen so the seats genuinely think differently. One model arguing with itself shares one set of blind spots. Rival models from rival labs do not, which is the entire point and the reason no single AI lab will ever ship this: none of them will route your question to a competitor and report back that the competitor was right.

Is my data used to train models?

We never train models on your data and we never sell it. What upstream providers do with a question routed to them is governed by their own policies, not ours.
