Refund policy

Three rules, in plain language. They exist because every deliberation spends real money on AI inference the moment it runs.

Failed runs refund themselves

If a deliberation fails or halts before completing, its credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Unused pack credits: 7 days

Bought a pack and changed your mind? Credits you have not used are refundable on request within 7 days of purchase, pro-rata. A $29 pack with 3 of 4 credits unused refunds $21.75.

Completed runs are final

Once a deliberation completes, that credit is consumed. The models have been paid for the work whether or not you like the recommendation, so completed runs are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@executivecouncil.app from your account email with the purchase reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. All prices and refunds are in US dollars.
